KB Studio Quarantine Sketchbook
The Quarantine Sketchbook project started day one of Chicago's Shelter-in-Place order.
I send daily drawing/painting assignments to support artists in isolation. These projects help artists explore new ideas and materials, and mark this difficult time. These pages are represented in an online exhibition.
I hope to include work by children I teach at Redwood Literacy, a school serving kids with dyslexia, and Circles & Ciphers, an organization serving young people impacted by violence.
