Movement Classes (Dance and Yoga)
Today's class focused on hip mobility using a blend of modern dance techniques (Martha Graham) and yoga postures as well as intermittent pelvic and glute release techniques (twerking and shaking). I do not speak in the video, and I encourage you to move along with me.
Daily and Weekly Classes

I teach yoga and dance from my living room through Zoom. For each class, I consider the astrological and global influences that may be affecting our collective conscious and our very unique bodies. My intention is to create an online community where we have the freedom to move through these times creatively and compassionately. I’d like to ensure my students have a better relationship with their bodies and breath through movement of all sorts.
