Baltimore musician, writer, and performer Bonnie Jones performed solo on the OPTION stage, a conversation with Ken Vandermark followed. From May 2018. OPTION is a music salon at Experimental Sound Studio curated by Chicago musicians Andrew Clinkman, Tim Daisy, and Ken Vandermark. Its programming explores contemporary perspectives on improvisation and composition, enabling local, national, and international artists to publicly discuss their practice and ideas as well as perform.
